Shipping policy

Shipping time does not include processing time. You will receive an order confirmation email after you place your order. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Depending on the circumstances their may be potential delays due to a high volume of orders, or postal service problems that would be outside of our control.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. This does not include processing time. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Local delivery

Local delivery is available within a 10 mile radius.  This option will appear if the address keyed in is within the 10 mile radius.  

We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival and with any other questions or concerns we may have about your delivery.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not ship outside of the United States.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us via Chat on our website or email us at momoevelynscakes@gmail.com with your name and order number, we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Check with your vendor to see if they allow shipping to PO Boxes.  We are not responsible for orders that get returned back to use because the address was typed wrong or invalid.  Customers will have to pay for shipping again if a package gets returned back to us, because of a type, bad or not valid address.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

All sales are final, no refunds, returns or exchanges.
